# Release Order & Material for ads must reach at least 10 days ahead of the schedule date of the newsletter.

# Cancellation order must reach 10 days ahead of the date of schedule of the newsletter.

# Management reserves the right to publication.

# Management prefers ads in the paper's language.

# Fraction of a cm is treated as one cm.

# We reserve the right to cancel advertising at any time upon default in payment.

# We reserve the right to prepone or postpone the date of release by a week either way.

# Complaints on ads must be brought to our notice within 15 days of publication or they will not be entertained.

# All the advertisement materials should be submitted in digital format preferably on Compact Disk in TIFF or Pagemaker6.5 format including all the brand logos and photographs.

# Mode of payment: 75% of the total amount should be paid in advance and the rest after publication.
